Login Errors

If you receive an error message when trying to log in to your plan, follow the instructions to reset your password.

If you still receive an error message after resetting your password, send us a message and a member of the support team will review. Please also see how to report a problem or issue.

To submit a message to the support team without leaving the software, select the question mark icon in the right corner of the top navigation bar.

Select the Ask header at the top of the window. Then select Email.

Please provide details about the error message you are receiving in the body of the message and submit.
