Not receiving goal progress e-mail

Is the user signed up? If not, they won't receive any emails

  • Trigger a re-invite on the organization

Has the user accepted their invitation? If not, they won't receive the email from this organization.

  • Trigger a re-invite on the organization

Is the user a goal champion? Only goal champions will receive the email

  • Instruct user to add themselves (if admin or editor), or have someone else in their organization, as a goal champion

Is the user a goal champion on a goal that is not complete? Only goals that are NOT "completed" or NOT "not started" will receive emails.

  • Mark a championed goal as not complete or select another goal to champion (or co-champion)

If yes to ALL, elevate to Tier II support
