You can find helpful resources throughout the software.
For support, select the question mark icon in the top navigation bar.
In the pop-up window, you can search for help articles by topic. Just type in your question or topic in the "What can we help you with?" text box and articles that apply will be listed.
You can also select "ask" to email a question to our support team. Response times are usually within one business day.
In the footer of the software, you can select "help" to be taken to our help articles and resources.

We've also placed information or "i" icons throughout the software. Selecting this icon will provide strategic planning or technical guidance.
For example, selecting the "i" icon next to Section 1: Compass in the strategy application will provide more information about the format of your strategic plan and what that section should include.
