Additionally, you can also submit a request at any time while using Causey. To do this, simply log in to Causey and scroll to the footer at the bottom of the page.


In the footer menu select "Request A Feature."

You will then be directed to the feature request form, which you can fill out and submit to share your idea with us!


Reporting a Problem or Issue in Causey

Is there something in Causey that doesn't appear to be working correctly? We're sorry about that! We want to help you get any problems resolved as quickly as possible. Use the following steps to help make us aware of your issue:


When logged in to Causey, select the "?" icon found in the top right corner:

This will open a menu like the one seen below:


Here you can provide a subject and a description of the problem you are experiencing. This will open a ticket with a member of our support team. They will help get to the bottom of the issue!


To get the best results, you can help us by providing specific details about your problem, such as the names of any Plans, Focus Areas, Goals, Action Items, etc. that are being affected by your problem. Additionally, attaching screenshots of the problem can be very helpful to us as we work to solve your issue.


Alternatively, you can also send an email to help@causey.app. Make sure to provide a subject and a description of your problem in the body of your email.
