Developing the culture of your organization in an intentional way is incredibly important and critical for both leaders and team members alike.   • VALUES: Review and revise our set of core values.
  • DISCUSSION: Implement a values discussion into our monthly staff and board meetings. 
  • HIRING: Document how we’ll utilize our values as a decision filter in our hiring process.
