The financial management focus area is connected to every aspect of a nonprofit-- it sets the overall structure for how the organization manages finances (budget, bookkeeping, fundraising, costs, transparency.)

- We will have a consistent process for reviewing and reporting on the financial health of our organization.
Sample One-Year Goals:
- FINANCE COMMITTEE: Establish an effective staff and board finance committee.
- ACCOUNTING SYSTEM: Successfully migrate our financial data to a new accounting system.
- BOARD MEMBER: Recruit at least one new board member with financial expertise.
