Operations

The operations focus area should embrace workflow processes (this is a great time to document and review all of the tools you use.) 

Sample Three-Year Vision:

• We will have established a set of key documented processes to streamline our operations.

Sample One-Year Goals:

• QUALITY IMPROVEMENT: Implement the Baldrige quality improvement process to strengthen our overall set of operational processes. 
• FINANCIAL CONTROLS: Design and implement a revised financial control process.  
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Adopt and provide a system of staff training on our new project management software.
