Metrics - Targets and Baselines

1. Introduction

In the Edit Metric page, scroll down to Metrics - Targets and Baselines

2. Metric Target

Targets are objectives (i.e. numbers you are attempting to achieve) for an individual metric. Click on "Add Target"

3. Metric Targets

Add a metric target value and the end date for the target measurement .

4. Metric Baseline

Enter a Metric Baseline, which will provide a comparison for your measurements.

5. Metric Baseline

Baselines are a comparison number for an individual metric. Often these are sector/industry baselines or past data from your own organization.
